JTL Industries has informed that due to the sad demise of Mithan Lal Singla, Promoter and Non-Executive Director of the Company on 8th June, 2025, the Board of Directors has re-constituted the following Committees of Board of Directors with effective from 8th June, 2025 in which Mithan Lal Singla was a Member/Chairperson, by passing a Resolution by Circulation in this regard on 11th June, 2025- Nomination and Remuneration Committee; Stakeholders Relationship Committee; Risk Management Committee; Corporate Social Responsibility Committee; Sub-Committee of Directors; Securities Issue and Allotment Committee. The revised compositions of above mentioned committees are attached as ‘Annexure-I’.
