Further, pursuant to Section 108, 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Rules framed thereunder read with Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they are enclosing the Voting Results along with the Scrutinizers Report for reference.
