Jubilant Pharmova has received approval for sale and transfer of the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) business of the company on a slump sale basis to Jubilant Biosys (JBL), a wholly-owned subsidiary company, engaged in providing drug discovery services to global Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies.

The board of directors of the company in their meeting held on June 12, 2025 has approved the same.

Jubilant Pharmova (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences) is a company engaged in pharmaceuticals, contract research and development services and proprietary novel drugs businesses.
