DRC Systems India has received approval to make an investment in Inexture Solutions. Post acquisition, it would become a Subsidiary Company. Through this acquisition, DRC Systems seeks to enhance its technological capabilities and service offerings by integrating Inexture’s advanced expertise. DRC envisions an opportunity to provide more customized, scalable solutions and cultivate valuable strategic partnerships.
The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on June 17, 2025 has considered and approved the same.
