With reference to its intimation dated May 28, 2025, submitted under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the appointment of Mrs. Bhagyashri Nilesh Devrale (DIN: 11128970) as an Additional Non-Executive Director by the Monitoring Committee. Garodia Chemicals has clarified that there was an inadvertent typographical error in the aforementioned intimation with respect to the date of appointment (‘date’). The date was incorrectly mentioned as March 10, 2025. The correct date of appointment, as duly approved and effected by the Monitoring Committee, is May 28, 2025. Further, Disclosure requirements pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) — Regulations, 2015 read — with ~ SEBI ~ Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is attached as per Annexure A.
