In accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India, Notice is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company. The Company has engaged the services of National Security Depository as the agency to provide e-voting facility to all its members. The of e-voting starts from Thursday, June 19, 2025 (9.00 AM Indian Standard Time) and ends on Friday, July 18, 2025 (5.00 PM Indian Standard Time).
