Bharat Forge and French company Turgis Gaillard have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to offer AAROK UAV in alignment to the Indian Ministry of Defence. AAROK is a MALE-class UAV developed to offer the best available technology at the lowest acquisition and deployment cost. Flying at high altitude and for long periods, it performs long-range surveillance missions. Its electromagnetic sensors and radar enable it to monitor the enemy while remaining stand of from the threats.

Polycab India has executed an agreement with BSNL as the Project Implementation Agency (PIA) for Design, Supply, Construction, installation, upgradation, operation and maintenance of middle mile network of Bharat Net in Karnataka, Goa and Puducherry Telecom Circle against Package No. 4 amounting Rs 6,447.54 crore (inclusive of GST) (Capex of Rs 3,741.92 crore, Opex for newly constructed network of Rs 2,245.15 crore and Opex for Existing Network of Rs 460.47 crore).

EMS has received the lowest bidder (L-1) status awarded by UP Jal Nigam (Urban) for construction of various components for Fatehpur Sewerage and sewage treatment scheme Zone-1 Distt. Fatehpur. The estimated order value (excluding GST) is approximately Rs 18381.49 lakh.

RailTel Corporation of India has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Zoram Electronics Development Corporation (Zenics) for Implementation of Mizo Fibre Grid Network (MFGN) Project. Estimated size of order as per BID is Rs 43.99 crore.

Trident has decided & approved to disinvest the entire shareholdings held in Trident Home Textiles (THTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, to Lotus Hometextiles. An agreement for sale of equity shares has been executed on June 17, 2025 and the consideration has been received accordingly. The shares shall be transferred according to the said agreement in due course. Consequently, THTL ceased as the subsidiary of Trident with effect from June 17, 2025.

Ahasolar Technologies has received a work order for consultancy services for DFR, Preparation of tender docs, PMC and site supervision service for various Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh sites from HPCL Renewable and Green Energy. The whole Consultancy Service is priced at around Rs 16.51 lakh. The said work order is to be executed within 18 months.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions (CG) has been awarded 765kV Transformer Package 7TR-12- Bulk for procurement of 765/400 KV 1-ph Transformers under Corporate Package for procurement of 765kV and 400kV class Transformers and Reactors of various capacities with revised Methodology Lot-4 by Power Grid Corporation of India. The total value of Supply of Goods including services is around Rs 641 crore. The supply of goods is expected to be completed over a period of 18 to 36 months. This is the highest single order received by CG.
