The Scrutinizer Report by Mrs. Ragini Chokshi, Partner at Ragini Chokshi & Company, for the remote e voting and e-voting done during the EGM is enclosed as Annexure -II. The company has informed that the all the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 17th May, 2025 are passed by the Shareholders with requisite majority. The Voting results are also being uploaded on the website of the Company: www.precisionwires.com and at the website of the NSDL.
