With reference to the disclosure dt. 28.03.2025, wherein the Company had informed about the investment of upto Euro 4,00,000 to be made in SIA ZIM Laboratories, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. In view of the above and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), Zim Laboratories has informed that the Company has completed the process of investment of Euro 3,00,000 in the equity shares of SIA ZIM Laboratories. Post investment, the shareholding of the Company remains at 100% of the total share capital of SIA ZIM Laboratories.
