Poonawalla Fincorp has received approval from Finance Committee to raise Rs 1600 crore through issuance of 1,60,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement.
The Finance Committee, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company on June 20, 2025 has approved the same.
