In furtherance to letter no. Sec/03/2025-26 dated April 03, 2025 and pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the Listing Regulations, Nuvoco Vistas Corporation has informed that Vanya Corporation (“Vanya”/“Implementing Entity”), wholly-owned subsidiary company of Nuvoco Vistas Corporation (the “Company”) has completed the acquisition of Vadraj Cement (“VCL”) on June 21, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal. Further, as an integral part of the Resolution Plan, Vanya will be merged with VCL. Upon the merger, VCL will become the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
