Emcure Pharmaceuticals has received approval for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Emcure Wellness’ or such other name as may be approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, in Pune, Maharashtra. The company is incorporating wholly owned subsidiary to manufacture, promote, sale and distribute pharmaceuticals and other related products.
The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 21, 2025, has approved the same.
