Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), read with Schedule III of aforesaid regulation and SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Emcure Pharmaceuticals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. Saturday, June 21, 2025, has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned Subsidiary by the name Emcure Wellness Private Limited or such other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The particulars of the disclosure required under Regulation 30 and Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations are provided in Annexure A, enclosed.
