Nuvoco Vistas Corporation’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Vanya Corporation (Vanya) has completed the acquisition of Vadraj Cement (VCL) on June 21, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. Further, as an integral part of the resolution plan, Vanya will be merged with VCL. Upon the merger, VCL will become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
