Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders’, Lords Mark India has informed that the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company by the Designated Persons ,their immediate relatives, officers and designated employees as defined in the code shall remain closed from Tuesday 01st July 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after disclosure of financial results for the first quarter ending 30th June 2025 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of meeting for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course of time.
