Enviro Infra Engineers, Setco Automotive and Cochin Shipyard to see some action today

Enviro Infra Engineers has won the bid and consequently received Letter of Intent (LoI) for Vento Power Infra from PTC India Financial Services for the development of a 40 MW (AC) grid connected solar power project in Bolangir District of Odisha, wherein the solar power generation shall be sold at a tariff of Rs 4.1/unit for a period of approximate 18 years. The cost of the acquisition of the project is Rs 115.61 crore. Further, the project has already achieved Partial Commercial Operation Date (PCOD). As part of the conditions for executing the project, the company is required to acquire Vento Power Infra.

This strategic expansion strengthens Setco’s presence in the commercial vehicle space, reinforcing its commitment to engineering excellence, durability, and performance. Heritage River Journeys, operating under the Brand name Antara River Cruises, India’s premier Luxury River Cruise operator, has entered into a construction contract with Hooghly Cochin Shipyard (Hooghly CSL) -- a wholly owned subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard (CSL)--for the construction of two Luxury River Cruise vessels to be operated on the Brahmaputra River. Once these vessels are put into operation, India - with its large network of rivers and waterways- will secure a prominent position on the global river cruise map, opening a gateway for the country to generate significant revenue from the largely untapped river cruise market.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has listed India’s first ESG bonds on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), setting a precedent for a greener and more sustainable financial future in India. After investment in the above shares, Omnia Engineering Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pritika Engineering Components, and Step-down Subsidiary of Pritika Auto Industries.
