Continental Petroleums is all set to acquire 50% (24,999 equity shares) stake of Unique Techno Associates, subject to completion of closing conditions, by way of cash consideration of around Rs 7.14 crore. The acquisition will help in increasing the company’s manufacturing capability and expansion of export market with both top and bottom line contribution. The company and target both have same type of business.
