UltraTech Cement has informed that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (‘NRC’) has granted 1,020 Stock Options, comprising of 915 Options and 105 Performance Stock Units (‘PSUs’) on 23rd June, 2025 to eligible employees of the Company, in terms of the UltraTech Cement Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme, 2022 (‘the Scheme – 2022’).
