Maha Rashtra Apex Corporation has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company is under closure for Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 and the same would remain closed till the announcement of the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve aforesaid financial results will be intimated separately. The window will open 48 hours after the announcement of results.
