Transport Corporation of India has informed that the Company has allotted 88,595 Equity Shares under ESOP-2017- 5th, 6th & 7th Tranche on 24th June, 2025. These Equity Shares shall rank with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects. Consequent to the above allotment, the number of paid-up equity shares of the Company stands increased from 7,66,08,762 to 7,66,97,357 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 2 each. Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 15,32,17,524 to Rs 15,33,94,714.
