With reference to earlier intimation dated April 9, 2025 regarding the approval of the Board of Directors (‘Board’) for the proposed Composite Scheme of Arrangement (‘Scheme’) and in view of the ongoing requirements and comments received from the Stock Exchanges on the aforesaid Scheme, Almondz Global Securities has informed that the Company today has decided to withdraw the Scheme and to refile the Scheme within 90 days from the date of withdrawal.
