Digispice Technologies has informed that in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in connection with finalization of the financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2025, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s), will be closed from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 and shall remain closed till two days after the date of the Board Meeting wherein the said financial results would be considered. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results will be communicated in due course of time.
