Panasonic Carbon India Co has informed that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will commence from 1st July 2025 and shall remain closed from 1st July 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company approved in Board Meeting for the first quarter ended 30 June 2025.
