Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code (Code) of the Company, Schneider Electric Infrastructure has informed that the Trading Window shall be closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in securities of the Company with effect from July 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration/announcement of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2025, for the financial year 2025-26.
