United Breweries has informed that in terms of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors of United Breweries (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Pursuant to the ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders’ (‘Code’) adopted by the Company read with the applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Employees including Designated Persons (‘DPs’) of the Company and Immediate Relatives of DPs from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 till Thursday, July 24, 2025. Accordingly, all the above are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Trading Window closure.
