Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Polylink Polymers India has informed that Dilip Kumar Nikhare, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, has tendered his resignation with immediate effect from the said position due to pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Dilip Kumar Nikhare has informed that there are no other reasons for his resignation other than those provided in the resignation letter. The Management of the Company has accepted the resignation and fixed the relieving date as June 25, 2025, after working hours. Further, Ravi Prakash Goyal, Whole time Director shall act as Compliance officer for all listing regulations compliance until appointment of new Company Secretary cum Compliance officer. The details of disclosure as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/POD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is given in Annexure-A.
