LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 regarding Trading Restriction Period, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing/ trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
