The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
