Sai Life Sciences has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Tuesday, 01st July, 2025 and shall re-open after the completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first Quarter ending on 30th June, 2025. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives including insiders as per the said code, are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. Further, the date of Board Meeting, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for first Quarter ending on 30th June 2025, shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
