Bollore Africa Logistics raises equity shareholding to 49% in ABG Infralogistics’ arm

ABG Infralogistics’ step down subsidiaries, ABG Container Handling has allotted 7,205,940 equity shares to Bollore Africa Logistics, a company incorporated in France. The company has received an amount of Rs 48.64 crore as subscription to equity shares from Bollore Africa Logistics. Post allotment, ABG Ports holds 51% and Bollore Africa Logistics holds 49% of equity shareholding of ABG Container Handling.

ABG Container Handling holds 100% shareholding of Dakshin Bharat Gateway Terminal, engaged in BOT concession for 30 years of berth no. 8 at V.O.Chidambaranar Port Trust.

ABG Infralogistics has made remarkable achievements in owning, operating, maintaining & giving on hire cranes including heavy duty cranes to a wide spectrum of services and Industry. Substantial investments have been made in crawler cranes, truck cranes, tower cranes including ordering the world’s largest crawler crane having a lifting capacity of 3200MT i.e. Demag CC8800-1 TWIN.
