Vista Pharmaceuticals has informed that the objects of the preferential issue as mentioned in the Explanatory Statement to the notice dated 19.02.2025 convening the EGM on 20.03.2025 are as follows: the Company intends to utilize the net proceeds from this Preferential Issue towards the following objects: Working capital requirement; Repayment of Loans availed from Banks/ Financial Institution; Expansion of business activities; General corporate purposes; Investment in future projects: EGM on 20.03.2025 approved the preferential issue to raise a sum of 58.65 crores, Since the preferential issue is for a sum less than hundred crores, monitoring agency was not appointed and the amount of funds proposed to be utilised against each object was not stated. The detailed break up for each object was not mentioned in the Explanatory Statement since preferential issue size is only 58.65 crores.
