Accordingly, Insiders, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade (buy, sell or pledge, etc.) in the securities/shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. The Board Meeting date for consideration and approval of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, shall be intimated in due course of time.
