BASF India has informed that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s equity shares will remain closed from Tuesday, 1st July 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 4th August 2025 i.e. 48 hours after the approval & declaration of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2025 by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 30th July 2025.
