Expleo Solutions has received approval for the proposal to incorporate company’s new wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Company in Gift City, Gujarat, India, which is being developed as a global financial services hub by Government of India for providing financial services, subject to the approval of International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA). The Board of company at its meeting held on June 27, 2025, has considered and approved the same.
