Coromandel International has received approval to make investment and become a partner in MPT Constructions, a Partnership Firm engaged in the business of real estate activities, having its principal place of business in Theni, Tamil Nadu. The investment in the MPT Constructions was made by the company as a strategic business alliance predominantly for JV and construction projects. The Board of directors of the company at their meeting held on June 27, 2025 has approved the same.
