Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, AXISCADES Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for the shares of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons covered under the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of the Company from July 01, 2025, till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, shall be intimated separately in due course.
