As per the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, also in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Kernex Microsystems India has informed that the trading window for dealing in Company's securities, for all designated persons/connected persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from 1st July 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2025.
