Solar Industries India has informed that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, from Tuesday, July 1, 2025. The window will remain close till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025. The same has been intimated to all the designated persons (including Directors and Key managerial Personnel) of the Company.
