Lupin has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) for transfer of its API R&D Division situated at Pune, to Lupin Manufacturing Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, on a slump sale basis. In terms of the BTA, the said transaction has been completed and transfer of API R&D Division is effective from July 01, 2025.
