In continuation to intimation dated June 6, 2025, V-Mart Retail has submitted that Snehal Shah, Sr. VP - (Projects & Business Development), designated as SMP, vide his letter dated June 06, 2025 had tendered his resignation. The resignation came into effect from the closure of business hours on June 30, 2025. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are given in Annexure A. The letter of resignation received from Snehal Shah is enclosed as Annexure B.
