JM Financial has completed the acquisition of 84,343 equity shares, representing 2.98% of the equity share capital of JM Financial Credit Solutions (JMFCSL), from Moraine Master Fund LP. Pursuant to the completion of the aforesaid acquisition, JMFCSL has become the company’s wholly owned subsidiary with 100% control over JMFCSL.
Earlier, the company had entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Moraine Master Fund LP for the said transaction.
