Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ratnamani Metals & Tubes has informed about the sad demise of Prakashchandra H. Bhat, Executive Director (Stainless Steel Business) and Senior Management Personnel of the Company, last night. Prakashchandra H. Bhat played crucial leadership role in Stainless Steel Division, through which the Company benefitted immensely over the years. Bhat’s sudden and untimely passing away is an irreparable loss to the Company. All the Directors and Employees of the Company convey their deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
