Andhra Cements has informed that the Shareholders of the Company at their 86th Annual General Meeting held on 30th June, 2025 has approved the appointment of BSR and Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number 128510W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of 86th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to till the conclusion of the 91th AGM to be held in the year 2030. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in ‘Annexure A to this letter regarding appointment of Statutory Auditors.
