Suven Life Sciences has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, 03rd July, 2025 has allotted 6,40,02,999 (Six crores forty lakhs two thousand nine hundred and ninety nine) convertible Warrants to 23 allottees as listed in the annexure, at an issue price of Rs 134 per warrant on preferential basis upon receipt of the amount equivalent to at least 25% of the Warrant Issue Price, total Rs 214,41,00,466.50 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fourteen Crores Forty-One Lakhs Four Hundred Sixty-Six and Fifty paisa only), in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
