Andhra Cements has informed that the Shareholders of the Company at their 86th Annual General Meeting held on 30th June, 2025 has approved the appointment of BSS & Associates, Company Secretaries (Unique Identification Number P2012AP026600) as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of 86th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to till the conclusion of the 91th AGM to be held in the year 2030. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 November 11, 2024 in respect of the above are given in the annexure.
