The India Cements’ wholly owned subsidiary -- PT Adcoal Energindo, Indonesia has entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement to sell its entire equity investment in PT Mitra Setia Tanah Bumbu, Indonesia, the Company’s associate. Upon completion of the said sale, PT Mitra Setia Tanah Bumbu would cease to be an associate of the Company.

The India Cements is engaged in the manufacture of products that will enable the customer to build structures which are durable, cost effective and conducive for human life style.
