A total area of 4,13, 850 sq ft will be air conditioned with Voltas VERVE series Inverter Scroll VRF systems-making this the single largest residential VRF installation in South India to date.
Energy-efficient VRF will be a major factor contributing to the Mantri Pinnacle's 'green' building Gold Standard certification.
