In continuation of letter dated 06th December, 2024, informing about the change in Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company from Canbank Computer Services to MUFG Intime India (Formerly known as Link Intime India), Shri Keshav Cements And Infra has informed that the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement on 30th June, 2025 with MUFG Intime and Canbank Computer Services. The executed agreement shall be placed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors and the aforesaid information is also being hosted on the website of the company i.e. www.keshavcement.com.
