Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (SPARC) has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (WOS) by name ‘Genokine Biotech’ on July 4, 2025, having registered office in Vadodra, Gujarat. The Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, on July 5, 2025.
The WOS will carry on the business of all types of research and development and other related services, including but not limited to support the development of products for human as well as non-human use, such as veterinary, agricultural, industrial products.
