Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), Emkay Global Financial Services has informed on 4th July, 2025 that following officials of the company were elevated and promoted and considered in the category of Senior Management Personnel due to their elevation to new position: Manjiri Muzumdar; Mukesh Kumar. Further w.r.t Disclosure submitted dated 4th July, 2025 pertaining to Change in Management under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), inadvertently date of elevation of Manjiri Muzumdar to the new position in Point 3 of Annexure A was mentioned as 02.06.2025 instead of 03.07.2025. They are re-submitting the revised details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (‘SEBI Circular’), as given in Annexure A to this letter mentioning the correct date of change in designation of Manjiri Muzumdar.
